A 23% surge in output at the Cosala operations during the third quarter has pushed Americas Gold & Silver closer to its full-year production targets. The company reported 800,458 ounces of silver for the period, bolstered by steady development across its Mexican assets and the Galena complex in Idaho.

Americas Gold & Silver Production Gains Momentum in Mexico

For the first three quarters of 2026, consolidated silver production reached 2.3 million ounces. This trajectory remains firmly within the company’s annual guidance of 3.2 million to 3.6 million ounces. Alongside the primary silver yield, the company logged 964,551 pounds of lead, 918,456 pounds of copper, and 101,011 pounds of antimony during the quarter.

Chief Executive Paul Andre Huet noted that the robust performance at Cosala provided the financial flexibility to accelerate critical infrastructure work at the Galena mine. These development projects are designed to secure higher, sustainable production levels in the coming years, ensuring the miner maintains its current pace as it heads into the final quarter.
