Vistance Networks Shares Fall 16% After Revenue Decline

The stock has lost more than 70% of its value year to date. Vistance Networks reported a profit from continuing operations of $54.7 million, or 24 cents a share, compared with a loss of $18.9 million, or 16 cents a share, a year earlier. Adjusted earnings, excluding certain one-time items, were 23 cents a share.

Net sales declined 5.4% to $319.7 million. Treadway said memory-chip pressures and the timing of customer deployments continued to weigh on near-term performance, while the company remained confident in long-term demand for its products and opportunities to expand its portfolio.

Treadway said Thursday that he will step down as president and CEO, effective Feb. 1, 2027.
