Williams Cos. Reports Revenue Growth Driven by Midstream Expansion

The company’s total revenue reached $3.22 billion, comfortably exceeding the $2.99 billion consensus estimate from Wall Street analysts. Core service revenue climbed to $2.3 billion, up from $2.1 billion a year ago. This growth stems largely from the integration of Momentum Midstream, alongside new power generation contracts and infrastructure projects that have officially come online.

While adjusted per-share earnings of 54 cents landed in line with FactSet expectations, the broader financial outlook remains positive. Williams Cos. indicated it is currently tracking toward the upper end of its full-year guidance for adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, which stands between $8.3 billion and $8.5 billion.
