KSK Co. Ltd. recorded a net profit of 1.28 billion yen for the six months ending September 30, falling short of the 1.40 billion yen reported during the same period last year. Despite the bottom-line decline, the company saw its overall revenue climb to 13.63 billion yen from 12.55 billion yen.

KSK Co. Reports Profit Dip to 1.28 Billion Yen in First Half

Operating profit for the Tokyo-listed firm slipped to 1.78 billion yen, down from 1.84 billion yen in 2025. Pretax profit followed a similar trajectory, settling at 1.87 billion yen compared to the previous year's 1.90 billion yen. These figures, prepared under Japanese accounting standards, reflect a challenging margin environment despite the rise in top-line revenue.

Shareholders saw earnings per share drop to 70.14 yen, down from 76.79 yen in the prior year. Diluted earnings also retreated, moving to 68.59 yen from 75.14 yen. The results indicate that while KSK Co. continues to expand its market presence, rising costs have pressured profitability throughout the first half of the fiscal year.
