The new rate, which totals $5.84 on an annual basis, offers a dividend yield of approximately 3% relative to Wednesday’s closing price of $194.79. This adjustment precedes the company’s planned acquisition, where shareholders are set to receive $212 per share in the buyout deal.

Investors on record as of November 13 will be eligible for the payment, which is scheduled for distribution on December 1. This consistent streak of payout growth highlights the company’s financial activity during its final stretch as a publicly traded entity.
