Adam Chibib Named CFO as IGT Reshapes Leadership

A veteran of the gaming and private equity sectors, Adam Chibib is set to take the helm as chief financial officer at IGT. His appointment, effective November 1, marks a pivotal shift for the organization as it navigates the post-merger integration of its gaming, digital, and financial technology operations.

Chibib steps into the role following the $6.3 billion acquisition of Everi Holdings and IGT’s slot machine business by Apollo Global Management earlier this year. The company cited his previous leadership tenures at Raptor Technologies and Multimedia Games as essential assets for this phase of corporate transformation. His arrival signals a focus on balancing public market expectations with the agility required for the firm's new strategic direction.

Fabio Celadon, who departs after a long-standing career with IGT and its predecessor entities dating back to 2002, leaves behind over two decades of institutional history. The transition remains subject to standard regulatory approvals.
