System D Inc. Profit Dips Despite Revenue Growth

System D Inc. reported a net profit of 443 million yen for the nine-month period ending July 31, falling short of the 489 million yen recorded at the same point last year. The decline arrives even as the Tokyo-listed company managed to expand its top-line revenue performance compared to the previous fiscal cycle.

The Japanese firm saw its revenue climb to 4.18 billion yen, up from the 3.74 billion yen reported in 2025. Operating profit also trended upward, reaching 706 million yen against the prior year's 693 million yen. Pretax profit followed a similar trajectory, rising to 712 million yen from 698 million yen.

Despite these gains in core operational metrics, the bottom-line figure shifted downward. Earnings per share for the period settled at 23.06 yen, compared to 25.46 yen in the previous year. These results were prepared in accordance with Japanese accounting standards.
