Pharvaris Stock Climbs on Successful HAE Trial Results

A sharp 83% reduction in monthly attack rates during late-stage clinical trials pushed Pharvaris shares up 11% on Tuesday. The Swiss biopharmaceutical firm confirmed that its oral treatment, deucrictibant, successfully met all primary and secondary endpoints in a study involving both adolescent and adult patients suffering from hereditary angioedema.

Pharvaris leadership confirmed plans to submit a new drug application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration during the first half of 2027. Investors have responded favorably to the development, extending a year-long rally that has seen the company’s stock value increase by 48%.

Clinical results showed the extended-release tablets were well tolerated, with the vast majority of adverse events categorized as either mild or moderate in severity. By targeting bradykinin-mediated attacks, the therapy provides a potential new standard for prophylaxis in patients managing this genetic disorder. The company’s closing stock price reached $39.26 following the announcement.
